Biography
Papuna Dabrundashvili was born in 1986 in Georgia. In 2007, he graduated from Tbilisi State Academy of Art with Bachelor of sculpture and in 2010 he got the Master’s degree in sculpture.
Since 2004 Papuna works as a sculptor in cathedrals, churches and as a teacher in different art schools in Georgia and abroad. Since 1998 he participates in local and international exhibitions and festivals, among them are: 1998- 2002 Georgia Tbilisi "Art international Center"; 2004 – Students group exhibition and 2006- Sculptors competition at Tbilisi State Academy of Art; 2007- France In Council of Europe "Cloisonne enamel from the land of the golden fleece"; 2016- New York, "Phoenix Gallery", "Emmanuel Fremin Gallery", "2nd street cathedral", "Artifact Gallery"; 2018-New York "Susan Eley Fine Art"; 2019-New Jersey Museum "Mora" etc.
Currently Papuna Dabrundashvili lives and works in New York, USA.
